The boringness that sometimes is me

Firstly, yes I’d like to admit that “boringness” may not be a word, I’m also happy to admit that today I possibly don’t mind. πŸ™‚

My life may seem super on the go and exciting (did I mention expensive) with all this horsie stuff I do, but then there is always one day a week I secretly look forward to.

Wait for it… Cleaning the house day.

I know what you are thinking, what!!!!! Nobody likes cleaning surely. But I do.

I wonder if us equestrians who are always on the go just like to stay in our PJ’s for that bit longer every now and again and mop the kitchen floor and do some chores that don’t involve horses. And I do love it.

I turn up the music, annoy the neighbours and clean my little heart away.

So, today whilst I mopped the floor I put on one of my favourite songs. Click and enjoy below.

Now I will admit I’m not one of those people were when you ask me what my favourite type of music is I say “I got two types of music I like; country and western” (insert a Southern Georgia type accent here if you like), but this song rocks.

I would like to admit that I, and quite possibly my neighbours realise I still can’t sing this song to any kind of tune, but maybe next time. πŸ™‚

Meanwhile Buck was whining and barking from under the house; clearly loving mummy’s singing… He’s a devoted fan. Did I mention Buck is 12 and starting to go deaf. I thought I should mention that. πŸ™‚

Wherever you are today and whatever is happening. Smile. You are here. You are alive. You own this moment.

Happy Riding & Keep Smiling
